Pug Server documentation

The company behind the Pug servers, a mini network file server that runs on Linux, is no longer in operation. I emailed the owner of the company and was fortunate enough to obtain the documentation for the server and the permission to redistribute the files.
Below are the files that were forwarded to me. If you have a Pug server and no longer have the documentation for it, here it is.
