Calling all Chris… this domain name is for sale!

Why are you selling this domain?
The brilliant idea of Alex Tew of selling a few pixels to fund his college education made me think of what I could do to fund mines. Unfortunately, imitating his idea directly probably would not lead the same result. Therefore, I have decided to take on a different approach and sell my valuable collection of ‘chris’ domain names.

Are you a cybersquatter?
No! My name is Chris Erice and therefore I do have interest in these domains. The primary reason why I register ‘chris’ domains is because in the past, I had the opportunity to register chris.net and chris.org, TLDs that are very valuable. Instead I opted and registered chrise.com, which I no longer own today. This domain has been registered for over a year. It’s a collection which I have decided to put up for sale in hopes of raising money to further my education.

How do I pay for these domains?
Due to the large transaction that’s taking place, it would be best that escrow be involved. There are many escrow companies that specializes in domain ownership transfers. Escrow companies that I approve of is Escrow.com and Sedo. Seller and buyer agrees to share the cost of the escrow service at 50/50. Should the buyer be located in Hawaii, a 4% sales tax will be imposed.

What other domains are up for sale?
Quite a few… chris.cn, chris.md, chris.sc, chris.vc, chris.vg, chris.gs, tek.nu, erice.biz, and erice.us.

How much?
This domain is priced at $50,000.00 USD. This is not an appraised value — it’s a value at which I think its worth. It may actually be worth more. CN is country code for China, a place where the population is over 1 billion. Now, that’s a lot of people! This is one domain that I would rather keep… However if someone is willing to pay this amount, then I’m willing to let it go. Remember money paid will be put into good use. :)

I’m interested, who do I contact?
Please email nospam (at) chriserice.com. Serious inquiries only, please.
